We will reach out to you promptly. Also feel free to give us a call and leave a message or better yet, send a text.
Consult
Consult Call - After initial contact has been made one of our team members will reach out to set up an in-depth phone call with you and a project consultant to answer any questions you have and more importantly to discuss your vision and the overall project scope including general pricing, design, scheduling, products desired, themes/art, possibilities, and power/water needs.
Quote
With the information from the consult call we will put together an estimate which breaks down pricing of the initial site visit (if needed), design, site preparation, construction, and finishing work.

Final Finish
Depending on the size and scope of the project, a site visit may be necessary. Larger projects will most likely require a site visit. If not you will receive a detailed quote, a project preparation document, and the design phase will begin. If a site visit is required we will meet you at the property site to discuss design concepts, assess access, feasibility, site preparation requirements, and overall project scope. After the site visit we will work up a project preparation document that will include a detailed quote, payment schedule, and onsite requirement information detailing everything you will need to have completed or in place in order for us to schedule your print date.
When you are ready to push forward the design process will begin. We will pair you with an architect or designer fit for your project. Your architect or designer will work with you one on one to nail down all the details for your masterpiece. If you already have a design in mind our team member will work to get it into the proper format for printing and work out any potential issues that may exist. Either way we will work with you until you are happy with the design that will be used for the print.
Once you are happy with the design and have met all requirements to begin the project we will schedule printing dates and send you a “Print Dates Expectations” document. This will include instructions and details regarding how to prepare and what to expect on print day, how you can help if you want, and along with what happens if there is inclement weather.
On the scheduled print dates the crew will arrive work out any last minute details, set up the machines, and print. Both during and directly after the print process the crew will be working on the initial “Finish” of the product(s).
Once the product(s) have cured the finishing team will put the final touches on the project. This process can be short or lengthy depending on the size and scope of the project. For instance yard features that only need concrete finish work like smoothing, stamping, painting, etc… may only take a day or two. On the other hand a house print that needs plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance install work on top of the concrete finish could take days, weeks, or even months. This will all be discussed with you well before the project begins.
